Are your vintage pieces authentic? 💎

At Nes Vintage, we define vintage as pieces that are 30 years or older. While the exact age of some items may be estimated, each piece reflects the craftsmanship and character of its era. Our collection includes pre-owned treasures and unused vintage stock, carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. Every item is handpicked for its authenticity and uniqueness. In our designs, we sometimes blend elements from different eras and incorporate modern touches such as gemstones or chains. Each product page clearly states the approximate era and composition.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our pieces feature a mix of materials including gold-plated chains, natural stones, and vintage components. Each product page includes detailed material information for full transparency.

Some pieces are preserved in their original form, while others are thoughtfully reimagined with modern elements to create versatile and wearable designs while maintaining their original character.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping? 📦

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Turkey, including returns. International shipping is not currently available.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1 week at the latest. Once shipped, delivery takes 1–3 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you directly.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

🔁 What is your return policy? 🛍️

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for products marked as non-returnable. Items must be unused, in original condition, and not damaged due to misuse. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

🔒 Which items are non-returnable?

Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons), made-to-order items, products affected by market value (such as gold), and items with opened packaging cannot be returned. Vintage items may show minor wear, which is part of their character and not considered a defect.

📑 How do I make a return?

You can request a return by logging into your account or accessing your order using your order number and email address. Once approved, you will receive an ARAS KARGO return barcode.

💳 How does the refund process work?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 weeks for the amount to appear in your account.
