Every item labeled as vintage is carefully handpicked for its authenticity and uniqueness, sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide.

In our NES designs, we artfully blend pieces from different eras, sometimes incorporating modern elements such as charms and gemstones. Each product description provides detailed information about the approximate era and whether the piece is vintage or newly crafted.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Turkey, including product returns. For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 🌍✈️

How long does shipping take?

Shipping Times:

📦 We aim to deliver your orders within 1 week at the latest. In cases where this timeframe is exceeded, we will contact you via the phone number listed on our website. Once the product is shipped, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

3. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return products purchased through our website (www.nesvintage.com) within 14 days of receiving your order, except for items labeled as "Non-Returnable." 🛍️ The items must be unused, undamaged due to misuse, and in their original condition. Used or damaged items, as well as items sent back without a prior return request, will not be accepted. In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the items will be sent back. 🚫

You can return items free of charge with ARAS KARGO using the barcode provided barcode 🚚. If you use a different shipping company, shipping costs will not be covered. 📦

Which Products Are Non-Returnable?
Products subject to price fluctuations (like gold and jewelry), items made to order, or products whose packaging/seals have been opened (e.g., earrings, piercings) for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. 🔒 Also, vintage items may show minor wear, and the right of return does not apply to such cosmetic issues.

How to Make a Return?
You can create a return request by logging into your account on our website. 🖥️ If you are not a registered member, you will need to enter your order number and email address or other required identification information to access your order details. After reviewing your request, we will share your ARAS KARGO barcode with you. Ensure the item(s) are unused, undamaged, and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. 📑

Return Process

For approved returns, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days ⏱️. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank's processing times. For delays in reflecting the refund in your account, please contact your bank 🏦.
