Returns and Exchange Policy

You can return products purchased through our website (excluding items marked as "Non-Returnable") within 14 days of receiving your order. Products to be returned must be unused and free from damage caused by user error.

Used or damaged products, as well as items sent back to us without prior return authorization, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with shipping costs payable by them.

You can return your items free of charge via ARAS KARGO on a cash-on-delivery basis. If you choose a different courier service, the shipping cost will not be covered by us.

In accordance with the VAT General Communiqué published in the Official Gazette, returns cannot be processed without an invoice.

Due to the nature of vintage items, each piece is unique and irreplaceable. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange a returned item for a flawless version of the same product. The fastest way to acquire the desired item is to return your current one and, after the return is approved, complete a new purchase for the replacement product.
Which Items Cannot Be Returned?
Due to the nature of vintage products, slight wear, color changes, scratches, or similar marks that develop over time are considered part of their authenticity and character. These natural signs of aging are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Items whose prices fluctuate due to market conditions and are beyond the seller's control (e.g., gold and jewelry), custom-made items, and goods whose protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seals, or boxes) have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, piercings) cannot be returned, and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for these items.
How to Return an Item?
You can initiate a return request through our website (www.nesvintage.com).

If you are a registered member, log in to your account to access the "Order History" or "My Orders" section. Select the relevant order to view details and initiate a return request for specific items via the designated return portal or account interface.

If you are not a registered member, you will need to enter your order number and email address or other required identification information to access your order details. Once verified, you can select the items you wish to return and submit your return request.

Once your online return request is submitted and approved, your ARAS KARGO barcode will be shared with you. Simply present this barcode to the ARAS KARGO representative.

Please ensure the items you wish to return are unused, undamaged, and prepared for resale as originally received. It is the customer's responsibility to package the return items in a way that prevents damage during shipping.

To ensure a smooth return process and prompt feedback, please include the invoice copy inside the package. If the invoice for the returned item is issued to a company, a return invoice must be issued by the company. Otherwise, even if the return is approved, your refund may be delayed.

What Happens After You Return an Item?

Once the returned item(s) are received, we will check whether they meet the return conditions. You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your return request.

For approved returns, the product amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank's processing times. For delays in reflecting the refund in your account, please contact your bank.

If payment was made via bank transfer (Money Transfer/EFT), the refund will be transferred back to the IBAN account you provide. For cash-on-delivery or one-time credit card payments made at the time of delivery, your bank account details will be requested, and the amount will be refunded via bank transfer (Money Transfer/EFT).

If your return does not meet the return conditions, the item will be sent back to your address, with the shipping cost payable by you.
